We are looking for an analytical and technically proficient Website Manager who can expertly balance between identifying strategic development opportunities for our website with implementing the needed changes. As Website Manager, you will also have the responsibility of developing and managing Sympa's Marketplace, driving growth by ensuring a world-class e-commerce experience for Sympa customers. You will be working in the marketing team as well as with other stakeholders in the company to ensure that the website is not only up-to-date according to best practices but is continuously future-proofed and developed.


Your focus will be on supporting Sympa’s growth by optimising our website performance and development and through this work increasing lead volumes.

In order to succeed as a website manager at Sympa, we appreciate the following skills:


  • Experience in B2B marketing and website development. Understanding of the B2B customer journey and strategies to improve a B2B website and Marketplace customer experience.
  • Experience in strategic website development, coupled with practical, hands-on development skills. Proficiency in operating effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and projects independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Detail-oriented but also has the ability to use data for strategical development.
  • Proven experience in managing websites on the HubSpot CMS platform. A solid understanding of Hubspot functionality and best practices. Experience from other content management systems is considered a bonus.
  • Knowledge in Google tools; ability to read and use data from across different Google tools such as Google Console, GA4, and Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and techniques. Experienced in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Basic knowledge of B2B SaaS e-commerce practices and processes. Experience and ability to drive e-commerce performance in a multi-party environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to lead development in a multi-party environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable in a fast paced, high growth environment where decisions are taken quickly, and the organisation is in a constant state of development.
  • Proficiency in hard-coding is not required but is seen as an advantage. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.
  • Maintain a flexible learning mindset to adapt to evolving technologies and best practices.
  • The ability to interpret gathered data to pinpoint improvement opportunities and craft development roadmaps.
  • Extensive knowledge of Hubspot CMS, experience with other content management systems is considered a bonus.
  • Experience in commercial development and management of e-commerce platforms.
