Type: Part time 15-20 hours a week – fixed term for six months with possibility for extension
Location: Copenhagen on-site
Starting date: As soon as possible

As a student worker in our Customer Support, you’ll be joining our cross-Nordic support team of 12 colleagues. You will be answering to customer tickets and phone calls, independently solving 1st line support cases. With your individual effort, you’ll make sure the team hits their SLA and other KPI measures.

As a student worker in our Customer Support, you will:
 

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues or unexpected behavior in our software

  • Analyse logs or user data to find root causes

  • Help configure or test settings in the system

  • Learn how to integrations and data flows function in an HRIS platform

  • Work closely with our product, implementation and development teams

What we value in our candidates

The person we are looking for is technically oriented and interested in SaaS, as well as curious and motivated. You enjoy problem solving and working with people. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, you’ll go far with Sympa.


Furthermore, the following skills and experience are needed to succeed:

  • Fluency in Danish and English are mandatory. Swedish and Finnish is a plus

  • Demonstrated technical expertise through studies or prior work experience

  • Customer-oriented way of thinking

  • Enjoy working in a team, but are also proactive and independent

  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Ability to work from our office in Copenhagen
