Type: Full-time, permanent

Location: Oslo or Aarhus/Copenhagen

Starting date: As soon as possible, negotiable

Sympa helps some of the largest companies in the Nordics to put people at the centre of their strategy. With a strong and continuous focus on our product development over the past few years, we’re now able to deliver our most advanced HR system yet. Moving forward we want to ensure we continue to meet our market standards and provide a market-leading HR system for our clients. In 2025, we have ambitious goals in expanding our client base. To achieve this, we are looking for a cross-Nordic SaaS Sales Manager to drive our revenue growth.

As a Sales Manager, you will own your sales budget and take the lead in engaging with new client prospects – both through inbound leads and proactive outbound efforts. While our primary market is the Nordics, some opportunities extend across EMEA. You will lead the entire sales process from prospecting to close, supported by a team of presales engineers, ensuring Sympa’s sales processes are led with quality, value and professionalism, all the way until implementation. This role reports to Sympa’s CRO and is a part of a gross-Nordic Sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect, nurture and close deals with a strategic approach to achieve sales targets

  • Execute sales actions in alignment with Sympa’s sales strategies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness

  • Professionally guide the prospects through the sales process, ensuring a tailored approach to meet their specific needs and business goals

  • Participating to Sympa’s commercial events and webinars

  • Promote collaboration across the sales team to enhance collective success
