The RevOps (Revenue Operations) team at Sympa plays a key role in aligning processes across our commercial functions. Our goal is to enable efficient operations, improve data-driven decision-making, and drive overall revenue growth. Now the team is seeking for a motivated RevOps Specialist. This role is focused on driving key initiatives in data quality, sales and marketing alignment and customer service excellence. We value skills, energy, and the right mindset — whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting your career in RevOps.
What you get to do daily as a RevOps Specialist
Design, document, and optimize processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Drive consistency and efficiency across the customer lifecycle — from lead handoffs to onboarding to renewal workflows.
Identify friction points, misalignments, and manual work — and replace them with scalable, automated (AI driven) solutions.
Act as the operational glue between commercial teams, ensuring goals are translated into clear, executable processes.

Furthermore, the following are needed to succeed
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Professional proficiency in English (Nordic languages are a plus)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Motivation for designing scalable processes, playbooks, and lifecycle workflows.
While the following will help you succeed
Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders.
Strong operational thinking with the ability to communicate insights to VP-level or board stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing/sales automation platforms.
Knowledge of customer journey mapping (e.g., Bowtie model).
Background in RevOps, Sales/Marketing Operations, Business Process Management or a degree in related field.
Experience in a B2B SaaS or recurring revenue businesses.
