Type: Full-time, permanent

Location: Espoo, Finland - Hybrid

To achieve this, we are looking for a proactive individual to support us in our internal efforts.

As a Product Enablement Coordinator you will be joining Sympa’s product enablement team, whose mission is to equip Sympa employees with the best resources and insights to support our customers. This means ensuring everyone at Sympa is confident in their product expertise and can deliver excellent value.

Your role as part of the team will be to support product-related projects, assist in creating enablement content, and help optimize processes for internal teams. This is a hands-on role ideal for a curious, fast learner that wants to grow their skills in product enablement, project coordination and project management.


Key responsibilities

  • Assist in managing product projects and tracking progress to ensure deadlines are met

  • Help create and maintain enablement materials like guides, FAQ’s and training resources

  • Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing smarter tools and solutions

  • Provide basic guidance on internal teams on how to use/configure the product effectively

  • Apply foundational project management skills to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and support cross-functional collaboration

Job requirements

What we are looking for

We’re seeking a proactive, business-driven individual with interest in project management, content creation and process optimization. You have strong organisational and communication skills in English. Experience working with a SaaS or HR product is a plus, but most of all we appreciate your curiosity, proactiveness and eagerness to learn new tools and skills.
