With a strong and continuous focus on our product development over the past few years, we’re now able to deliver our most advanced HR system yet. In 2025, we have ambitious goals in expanding our client base both through direct sales and strategically leveraging our partner base. To achieve this, we are looking for a Partner Manager to drive our partner revenue growth.

As a Partner Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Sympa’s partners – resellers, referral partners and technology partners across Europe working with Sympa in their solutions portfolio. With a proactive approach and your expertise, you will enable our partners to succeed, ensuring profitability, professionalism, and quality in their collaboration with Sympa. This role reports to Sympa’s CRO and is a part of our cross-Nordic Sales team.


Key responsibilities

  • Act as a business coach for partners, guiding them on best practises for selling and implementing Sympa software

  • Serve as a sales mentor for expanding the business: create and implement cross-functional processes for partners and customers to increase their operational efficiency

  • Negotiate licenses and pricing with partners and customers

  • Promote the right value proposition deals to companies of various industries and sizes

  • Empower and challenge your partners, establishing long term win-win relationships with your portfolio

  • Qualify and cultivate prospects to pair them with our best suited partner

  • Promote collaboration across the sales team to enhance collective success

Job requirements

What we are looking for

We’re looking for a proactive and results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in technology sales and partner management. Experience in HR tech or selling to HR leaders is a strong advantage.

Your key traits:

  • +5 years of experience in partner management within software sales

  • Entrepreneurial mindset—you take initiative and go the extra mile.

  • Passion for sales—you enjoy achieving targets, negotiating, and persuading others.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where decisions are made quickly.
