With 1,000 customers and a strong install base, we’re on a mission to continue growing. We’re now looking for a Junior Billing & Collections Specialist to support our finance operations. As a member of our finance team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth billing and collection processes, providing valuable support to colleagues across the business, and delivering excellent service to our customers.
What you get to do daily as a Junior Billing & Collections Specialist
Assist with the preparation and processing of customer invoices
Support payment follow-up activities
Participate in collections and reminder processes (depending on experience)
Ensure data accuracy and help maintain up-to-date billing records
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoicing issues

Furthermore, the following are needed to succeed
Studies (completed or ongoing) within finance, business, or a related field
Familiarity with billing, invoicing or finance administration through studies or work experience
Good communication skills in both Finnish and English
Strong Excel skills
Experience with financial administration systems is considered a plus
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
