With 1,000 customers and a strong install base, we’re on a mission to continue growing. We’re looking for an implementation/system consultant to play their part in making our customers happy through effective and smooth implementation projects as well as technical change projects. 

 
As an implementation/system consultant, you secure our customers get the most out of their Sympa solution by executing implementation and change projects both in the role of a technical consultant and project manager. You lead the implementation projects and a variety of configuration tasks following Sympa’s project models, hands-on configure the system and its integrations and act as a trusted advisor to your customers throughout the onboarding and customer lifecycle. 

 

Your daily tasks include: 

  • Build integrations and configurations to our client’s Sympa environment 

  • Managing our client’s Sympa implementation projects 

    • Communicating with the customer and leading the project timeline 

    • Guiding the client on best practices as well as finding solutions to customer-specific problems 

  • Helping our support team in handling tickets and customer queries such as mass import and integration requests

Job requirements

What we value in our candidates 

We are looking for someone who is experienced in managing implementation projects from start to finish. This is a technical role, so our ideal candidate is hands-on with systems and knows how integrations and system configurations are built. You focus on detail and poses the ability to handle large entities and take ownership, keeping customers happy. If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment experiencing rapid growth and change, you’ll go far with Sympa. 

  

Furthermore, the following skills and experience are needed to succeed: 

  • Implementation project experience in a SaaS environment 

  • Previous experience with integrations and configurations as well as system consultancy – you have the technical ability to guide our customers 

  • You have a great business sense and can easily grasp the needs of our customers 

  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish or Finnish, and English

  • You have great people and prioritization skills
