We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Project manager to play their part in making our customers happy through effective and smooth implementation projects.
As an Implementation Project Manager, you ensure our customers get the most value possible out of their Sympa solution by leading implementation projects for Sympa’s customers, both in the role of project manager and technical consultant. You will lead the implementation projects using Sympa’s project models, hands-on configure the system and its integrations, and act as a trusted advisor to your customers throughout the onboarding.
Your daily tasks include:
Managing our client’s Sympa implementation projects
Communicating with the customer and leading the project timeline
Guiding the client on best practices as well as finding solutions to customer-specific problems
Build integrations and configurations to our client’s Sympa environment

Job requirements
What we value in our candidates
We are looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager with a track record of leading technical implementation projects within an international SaaS environment. You take ownership, drive things forward, and are highly motivated and curious. If you like to take on new challenges in an international environment experiencing rapid growth and change – you will get far with Sympa.
Furthermore, the following skills and experience are needed to succeed:
Previous experience with integrations and configurations as well as system consultancy – you have the technical ability to guide our customers
Ability to influence and guide customers in their decision-making process
Recognized international project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent)
Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and identify needs related to the digitalization of HR processes
Fluency in English, Swedish and Finnish
Ability to remain resilient and adaptable under pressure
