Type: Full-time, permanent

Location: Stockholm Sweden, Capital area Finland, Oslo Norway or Aarhus/Copenhagen Denmark (hybrid)

As an implementation consultant, you get to play your part in making our customers happy through effective and smooth implementation projects.


As an Implementation Consultant, you will secure our customers get the most out of their Sympa solution by executing implementation projects both in the role of project manager and consultant. You will lead the implementation projects using Sympa’s project models, configure the system and its integrations, and act as a trusted advisor to your customers throughout the onboarding. You will also maintain and develop a handful of existing customer relations together with our Customer Success team, ensuring these customers have a solid solution and enablement plan in place for future changes and product updates. The role also includes other various customer-facing tasks.

Job requirements

What do we value in our candidates

We are looking for someone who is experienced in managing implementation projects from start to finish. You have the ability to take ownership, drive things forward, and are strongly motivated and curious. If you like to take on new challenges in an international environment experiencing rapid growth and change – you will get far with Sympa.

 

Furthermore, the following skills and experience are needed to succeed:

  • Project management experience with a track record on implementation projects in SaaS environment

  • Globally recognized Project Management certifications, ideally Prince2

  • Experience in both system consultancy, configurations and integrations – you have the technical ability to guide our customers

  • Basic understanding of HR processes, prior experience within HR industry is a plus

  • You have a great business sense and can easily grasp the needs of our customers

  • Native level Swedish language skills and excellent communication skills in English. Other Nordic languages are considered a plus.

  • You have great people skills. You are as comfortable working with a diverse team of colleagues as you are with C-level stakeholders
