With 1,000 customers and a strong install base, we’re on a mission to continue growing. We’re looking for a Digital Media Specialist to drive campaign planning, execution, and optimisation across LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital media in the Nordic region (Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark).

Your main responsibilities as a Digital Media Specialist: 

  • Develop and manage digital media strategies and budgets across all Nordic markets. 

  • Plan campaigns in collaboration with the content team, ensuring best-practice creative solutions in targeting, channel selection, and formats. 

  • Execute, manage, and optimise digital campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and others. 

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance. 

  • Stay updated on emerging digital advertising technologies and tools. 

  • Collaborate closely with fellow marketers and external partners.

Job requirements

What we value in our candidates 

We are looking for a digital marketing professional with a digital native mindset and the ability to enhance creative content planning. Our ideal candidate is hands-on but also takes initiative in developing our ways of working. If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment experiencing rapid growth and change, you’ll go far with Sympa. 


Furthermore, the following skills and experience are needed to succeed: 

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in digital media planning, for example at a media agency or in a B2B company. 

  • Strong expertise in planning and buying digital campaigns on social media (LinkedIn, Meta) and other digital channels. Programmatic, native and OLV experience seen as an advantage. 

  • Ability to analyse campaign results and provide clear and actionable insights. 

  • Understanding of the digital marketing funnel and strategies and tactics relevant to different funnel stages. 

  • Good teamwork skills and a proactive approach. 

  • Fluent skills in Finnish and English; additional Nordic language skills (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) are considered an advantage.
